KXC Community Group Leaders – Resource Centre

Helping our leaders make and mature followers of Jesus in Pacific Beach and beyond.

Our Vision for Community Groups

At King’s Cross Church, Community Groups are where discipleship happens face-to-face. We gather to share meals, open Scripture, pray, and walk side by side. Groups are built on rhythms of Word, Prayer, and Fellowship.

Meeting Rhythm

  • Share a meal or refreshments to foster welcome and friendship.
  • Read and reflect on God’s Word (often connected to Sunday’s sermon).
  • Pray together—bearing one another’s burdens and interceding for our city.
  • Encourage mission by practicing hospitality and inviting neighbors.
